1. Rate Management Upgrades
We’ve enhanced the Edit Price modal on the Rates Overview, giving you more flexibility and control over pricing:
● Bulk Price Changes: Apply updates across all room types, rates, and accommodations
(excluding extra adult and child options)
● Drag & Drop Selection: Choose periods and room types directly in the overview for faster updates
● Set the Same Price for Multiple Entities: Apply one price to multiple selected items in a single step
2. New & Improved Reports
● Kitchen Plan Report: Generate a clear overview of meals and services over any selected period. Filter by service category, meal, or room type, and hide columns with zero output
● Event Reports: Improved layouts make event-related reporting easier to read and analyze
3. Communication & Messaging Improvements with guests across all channels
● OTA MessageHub Confirmation: A new confirmation modal prevents accidentally sending empty emails, ensuring all communications are intentional and professional.
4. Custom Resource Planner Upgrades
● Intuitive Resource Selection: The filter data structure has been changed, and the updated modal makes choosing resource types and individual resources faster and more intuitive.
● Multiple Resource Types in Custom Views: Add multiple resource types via multi-select or an “Add” button to insert each resource type in a new row.
5. Booking & Accommodation Logic Enhancements
● Task Assignment to Rooms: Assign tasks directly from the Create Task modal — including Out of Order/Out of Service rooms — for more flexible maintenance planning.
● Booking Engine (BE) Improvements: General → Website settings now have clearer text and structure for better usability.
6. Guest Import Enhancements
● Invalid rows are skipped without breaking the import process
● Guests are created even if optional fields are missing
● A clear error summary is generated with line numbers and error types
