Project manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle Project Manager to join our product-focused SaaS company serving the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of multiple, concurrent projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they align with our product roadmap and meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, QA, and sales to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, create detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources, and budgets. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and efficient project execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including the CTO, CEO, Head of R&D and clients. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed project requirements in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Agile Methodologies: Employ Agile principles and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to manage projects iteratively and adapt to changing requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet the required standards and address client needs.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, risk logs, and progress reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing project management practices within the company.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing software development projects in a SaaS environment, preferably within the hospitality or a related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, databases, and software development lifecycles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Trello).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confuance).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hospitality management systems (HMS) and other relevant industry software.
• PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
